2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible:

  • Item must be in its original condition

  • Packaging intact

Non-returnable items:

  • Intimate items (ex: underwear)

  • Clearance items

  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

  2. We provide return instructions

  3. You send the item back to our UK warehouse

Return shipping may be at your charge unless the product was defective.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If the item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Send photos within 48 hours

  • We replace or refund at no cost

5. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refund is processed within 7 business days

  • Refund is issued to the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
