  • International destinations (depending on shipping availability)

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

3. Delivery Times

  • UK Standard Shipping: 6–10 business days

  • International Shipping: 10–15 business days (varies by location)

These times exclude delays outside our control (customs, strikes, weather).

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout depending on:

  • Carrier

5. Order Tracking

All orders receive a tracking number when available.

6. Wrong Address Entered

If the customer provides an incorrect address, we cannot:

  • Refund the order

  • Reship for free
